What "genuine leather" means here
Genuine leather is the real hide, tanned and finished. Not PU, not rexine, not bonded scraps pressed into a sheet. Every AQS piece is genuine leather, outside and lining both where the listing says so.
Some of our designs have a croc, ostrich or lizard-style texture. That pattern is embossed into genuine cowhide. They are not exotic animal skins, and every listing says so plainly.
Leather is a natural material, so grain and shade vary a little from piece to piece. That's the hide, not a fault.

Questions we get asked
Is it really genuine leather?
Yes, outside and lining both, on everything we sell. We do not stock bonded leather or PU coated split. Where a piece has a pattern pressed into it, that pattern is embossed into real cowhide, and the listing says so.
How does cash on delivery work?
You pay the rider in cash, anywhere in Pakistan. Open the parcel and check it in front of the rider before you hand over the money, and have the exact amount ready, as riders often cannot make change. We also take bank transfer and Raast, debit and credit cards, and JazzCash or Easypaisa.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free to every address in Pakistan, with no minimum order. It takes 2 to 3 working days in Karachi, 3 to 4 in Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and the other major cities, and 4 to 6 everywhere else. We hand the parcel to the courier within one to two working days of confirming your order.
What if it isn't right?
Within seven days of delivery you can exchange it for something of the same value or take store credit, as long as it is unused and still has its packaging and tags. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we sent the wrong thing, or it never turns up, we refund you in full. How exchanges work.
Are the croc and ostrich patterns real exotic skin?
No. The croc, ostrich and lizard patterns are embossed into genuine cowhide. They are not exotic skins, and every listing says so in writing.
